Youth Rights & Legal Defense
Young people ages 18–21 are among the most vulnerable members of our communities — and among the least equipped to navigate complex legal systems on their own. NARAQUAN's Youth Rights & Legal Defense program provides direct legal advocacy, court accompaniment, and case management for youth facing abuse, exploitation, or trafficking. Our advocates work alongside young people to ensure their voices are heard and their rights are protected at every stage.
- Court accompaniment and legal representation
- Trafficking and exploitation response
- Connections to counselors and therapists
- Referrals to housing, education, and mental health resources
